Who we are

This website and the services described on it are operated by Utilab, a company registered in France and doing business under the brand name Creagen. Our registered address is 60 Rue François-Iᵉʳ, 75008 Paris, France. You can reach us at agency@creagen.eu.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site (contact, growth research scan, newsletter signup) or book a call, we collect:

Your email address
Your name (first name or full name, when provided)
Your company name and role (when provided)
The answers to the questions you filled out on the form
Standard technical data (IP address, browser) via basic server logs and the Meta Pixel for ad attribution

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry or send your growth research scan
To send the Creative Pulse newsletter (if you subscribed)
To measure ad campaign performance via the Meta Pixel
To improve our services based on the kinds of challenges prospects share with us

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Where it's stored

MongoDB Atlas (EU region) - our own database, stores form submissions and bookings.
Resend (EU region) - sends transactional and newsletter emails and stores our newsletter subscriber list.
Cal.com (EU instance) - processes call bookings.
Meta (Facebook) - for ad campaign pixel tracking. You can opt out at any time in your Meta ad preferences.

Your rights

You can at any time:

Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link at the bottom of every email
Request a copy of the data we hold about you by emailing agency@creagen.eu
Request permanent deletion of your data at the same address

We respond to every request within 30 days, as required by GDPR.

Cookies

We use the Meta Pixel for ad attribution. It drops a first-party and a third-party cookie on your browser. If you don't want this, you can block the Meta Pixel via a browser extension like uBlock Origin, or decline tracking in your browser settings.
