About these terms
The Creagen website (creagen.eu) and services are operated by Utilab, a company registered in France at 60 Rue François-Iᵉʳ, 75008 Paris. By using the site or any service we provide, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Services
Creagen (trading name of Utilab) offers creative research, ad audits, creative concepts, and the Creative Digest. Every client engagement is governed by a separate service agreement signed with Utilab. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of results.
Newsletter
The Creative Pulse newsletter is free and sent once a month. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email. By subscribing, you agree that Utilab may use your email to send you the newsletter, and that we store your email on our email provider (Resend).
Intellectual property
All content on creagen.eu (copy, designs, videos, illustrations) is owned by Utilab unless explicitly credited. You may share links to the site freely. Do not copy, republish, or modify our content without written permission.
Liability
The website and any free content we publish are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Utilab is not liable for any decision you make based on content you read on the site. Paid engagements have their own service agreement which defines scope and liability.
